With backgrounds in education, youth and social work, our staff supported by a 350 strong team of vibrant committed volunteers, are passionate about ensuring that every child feels successful.
Our story
Since 2015, we have been supporting some of London’s most vulnerable children to change their stories about themselves, using our immersive residential projects and follow on support.
Our roots go back even further though, with our founders Rachel and Mike seeing the see the lasting positive impact that residential have on both children and volunteers, while volunteering themselves, giving birth to Free to Be Kids.
